Shipping Policy

For now we only deliver to countries in the EU.

Subscribe to the waitingslist and we'll let you know when we can ship to you.

Shipping to Belgium, the Netherlands and France is free for every order, for consumers and businesses alike. There is no minimum order.

If you return a device under the 60-day risk-free trial or the right of withdrawal, you pay for sending it back. For warranty claims, we pay the shipping.

Pre-orders: the first batch goes into production in January 2027, and we expect to ship it in February 2027. Before that, we email you a payment link for the remaining amount, and we email you again when your device ships.

Orders after launch: the expected delivery time is shown before you order. Devices in stock ship within 3 working days. They usually arrive 1 to 3 working days later in Belgium and the Netherlands, and 2 to 5 working days later in France.

If no delivery date was agreed, we deliver within 30 days of your order.

We send every device as a tracked parcel. When it ships, you receive an email with a tracking link.

If you're not home, the carrier follows its usual procedure, such as leaving a notice or delivering to a pick-up point.

We only ship from Belgium to countries in the European Union, so there are no customs duties or import taxes. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the parcel and the device, and email them to us with your order number. Please do this as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery, so we can claim from the carrier. Your legal rights don't depend on this.

If tracking shows no progress for 5 working days, or the parcel shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, email us. We look into it with the carrier.

If the device was damaged or lost in transit, we send you a new one or refund you, at our cost.
